What a waste of time and energy...EVERY SINGLE MONTH to get my mothers prescription, is like I have to take a chill pill to make this 32 phone calls. Has to spend at least 3 hours phoning constantly before ANYbody PICKS UP... Every month, every single month. I mean, if they are busy, just pick up and inform me. I cannot see what is happening in your store...I CANNOT SEE THROUGH THE LINE, but I am sure if you tell the customer in front of you to just give you a sec to inform the person on the line that you are busy, they will understand, AS THEY CAN SEE WHAT IS GOING ON THERE ! But to just slam the lines after 6 rings is getting on my last nerve !
