Medirite pharmacy, checkers Galleria mall

I went to medirite pharmacy today (17/03/18) in Checkers Galleria Mall, to buy mayogel for my mother and I was assisted by Sajhil Ramsookmohan. Before he could get mayogel for me I then asked him if it was suitable for a child?He asked me how old the child is, I then answered him and told him my child was 2years. Instead of him advising me that mayogel is not for children and asking me what was wrong with my child. He looked at and asked me "why would I give a 2yr old mayogel? I politely answered him because I needed advise and told him that my child was complaining of stomach ache. And he then rudely said to me "mayogel is antacid,why would I give her mayogel"? At this point I was frustrated because he was not giving me medical advise as I expected, instead he is asking me questions as if I have already given my child mayogel?

I asked him why was he attacking me? I was only asking for medical advise. He was shouting and telling me that he was not going to assist me, and he ended up not assisting me and referring me to his colleague who was standing next to him to assist me. I was shocked and upset that this guy who is qualified at his job was failing to recommend something else I could buy for my daughters situation. I would like to know from medirite management and Galleria checkers management is this kind of behaviour is allowed from their staff? I went to checkers because it was a convenient way of shopping,where one get get medical advise and do groceries at the same time.

I bought the mayogel I wanted and went to another pharmacy and I asked them the exact question I asked Sajhil from checkers and I got the best service ever and the lady from the other pharmacy recommended suitable medication for my daughter. I would like Sajhil to apologize for his unacceptable customers service.
