MediRite New Market

Maryna Vos the lady who dispenses my medication is rude and *********. On the 26th of June 2023 I gave in my prescription. My medication was out of stock. She said they would call me and all the other patients on the list waiting for the medication. Whomever comes first get’s the medication but they call everyone. On the 11th of July I received a call and collected my medication immediately. Upon collection I said to Maryna that this medication is on repeat, so it shouldn’t be a long wait. Because my script is already in and it is a repeat. She said they would add me to the list and notify me again. Today the 11th of August I received a sms notifying me my repeated medication is ready for collection. So here is where the confusion comes in. I get there and she tells me there is no stock and that they would add me to the list. This is what she said on the 11th of July. So obviously upset I leave MediRite pharmacy in New Market mall. Because it was a waist of time and petrol just to hear exactly what she said last time. Was I not supposed to be added to the list on the 11th of July already? Why only add me now? Now I am number 26th in the line. And then to make it even worse. Around 16:00 this afternoon she phones me to tell me that my medication has arrived but there was only 8 in stock. They contacted the first 8 on that list and these 8 patients came and collected it. Therefore there is no medication for me. How rude? The previous time they contacted everyone-first come first serve. And then after today when I was there out of spite they contact me telling me my medication has arrived and that sorry others got options first. Shame on you Maryna Vos you are very unprofessional. And clearly do not belong in the role you are. I cannot believe the arrogance. People please avoid this place!! DisChem’s Pharmacists and assistants are much more professional.
