MEDI-RITE AT SHOPRITE CHRIS HANI - STUFF IS RUDE AND SERVICE IS BAD

<p>I got a prescripstion from my Dr and a colleague of mine adviced me to always get my meds from Medi-rite as they seem to be reasonable. I asked her what time they close, she said 18;00, I rushed there fortunately I was able to dodge traffic. I joined the que at exatly 17H15 as I was busy checking the time. The customers told me immediately that it was closed, they are no more taking customers as they had closed, I stood in the que as I couldn't understand why and how they could turn back the people before 18;00......I got to the counter at exactly 17H55 and one of the lady said they have closed and besides she does not process any prescription and send me to the others, the guy did not beat about the bush, told me straight away that they were closed, I should go to CLICKS as it is now open, I asked him how could you close yet its only 18H55 and I qued at 17H45 he said that is not important (to me ,the customer) all he knows is that at 18;00 they are taking their bags and leaving. I decided to go to the Shoprite storemanager and asked him how does Shoprite work, He told me that Medi-rite had its own manager, they are independent , He spoke to the manager who is a very young lady and very rude....she was refusing to help me at 1st then she agreed after the SHOPRITE manager persuaded her. I was skeptical to accept her assistance, I even told her I don't trust her she will gimme incorrect medicine......Then she looked at my prescription did not check on the system or on the shelves and said to me, the creams you are looking for are out of stock, she gave me back my prescription, I asked her why are you not giving me the tables as they are written in the script....she assumed I didn't know how to read my Dr's scripts/handwriting.......The lady kept on arguing with me when I told her her service is bad, even one of her staff came and told her to stop arguing with me.......I remember her saying to me her stuff is behind her...meaning whether she is right or wrong they will back her up..........Am so disappointed with Medi-rite and the young lady who calls herself a manager...........I think she needs more training how to become a manager/supervisor and how to deal with customers ( o bora moreki) I told her she is not doing me a favour by serving me and I am not doing her a favour by buying from the shop...It goes both ways.........Shoprite is my 1st choice due to its reasonable prices and it was my 1st time to buy from Medi-rite................please beware of the stuff attitude as we will compare the attitudes rather than the prices, I was told to go to Clicks by one of Medi-rite staff- that means its free advertising for them..........LOL</p> <p> </p>
