Med Rite Chatsworth centre

Hi.. I visited the medi rite at chatsworth centre to collect my mums goverment meds. Unfortunately the muslim pharmarcist was extremely rude. We have been collecting these meds for a few months but we have never been advised that we needed to collect mon-friday between 8am and 6pm as i have collected over the weekend and also after 6pm .This pharmacist raised his voice at me sayin this is rules and was unable to assist. My mum is unable to collect during these times and I only get home from work after 6pm. Surely there should be an exception. I will need to wait 5 days to collect these meds which is most important for my mum.
