Maria Pillay - bad attitude, just carries on

I phoned this afternoon to ask them to get our medication ready for Wednesday when we are going to Bloemfontein, I asked to speak to Maria Pillay, she was called and answered the phone.<br> <br> When I told her that it is Rena Fletcher speaking she said hold on you will have to speak to Phillip as her head office told her not to speak to me because of my complaint, I said fine and she then spoke obviously very near the phone for me to hear and said \you will have to speak to her because I am suing her for defamation of character and my lawyer told me not to speak to her".<br> <br> Phillip answered and was extremely helpful"
