ID card photo should help identify us

As was on my way back from rescuing a sister from an abuse incident of her abussive husband i passed by Medirite pharmacy at Bluedowns center to get over the counter meds as my 2 year old son is catching up on high temperature and flue. My request failed due to lack of an ID card even though that was my incident of many occasions buying from them such stressful situation that i must be driven all the way back home while my child is dying of fever. When I offered my ID number that attempt also never helped.
