Horrible Service from X Ntshwaxa

On Sunday , the 26th of February 2023 I visited a Medirite in Blue Downs. I was assisted by a lady called X Ntshwaxa. What a horrible service I received. She was very unpleasant. She had attitude. I felt so humiliated by just visiting the pharmacy. She had this annoyed face , she was not helpful at all. She kept on asking me questions that made me feel so stupid. Not to mention that she was yelling and screeching at me infront of other customers.It’s actually not the 1st time I visited Medirite,and I was made to feel like that . As a result, I will not be visiting the store again. I thought I would let you know how uncomfortable she makes customers feel . Thank you.
