On the 5th of January 2023 I went to buy medication at medirite pharmacy at shoprite Goldenwalk I was helped by the lady her surname is Nathi the total amount of the things I bought was R139. 99 I got the slip stating that amount on my surprise when I received an alert from the bank that says R193. 98 because I was working I told myself that I'll go and ask them what happened so I manage to go on the 21st of January where I got a lady who said she can not help me because she is there to do overtime she referred me to other lady whom she said she can not help me because she can not give me money without her manager when I ask for the manager she said manager is not in and there is no one standing in for him or her which further surprised me so she said I should write my name and number they will give it to their manager to call me on Monday that manager never called me so I realized that they are not taking my matter serious to them it's a joke please Hello Peter kindly intervene as shoprite has has developed a new trend of *******ion as they are doing this for the second time to me they once did this **** in phumula shoprite I let it go so now I'm not because it seems like it anew hobby
