False advertising

On 3 October 2018 I received your ‘Our biggest Personal Care Promotion ever!’ Promotional email. You advertised Essentiale tablets (100 tablets per box) for R49.99 valid till 7 October 2018. When my dad went all the way to Medirite Moffet on Main Port Elizabeth on 5 October 3018 to purchase a few boxes he was told that there was no such promotion. This is false advertising and completely unacceptable. You wasted a pensioners time and petrol.
