Excellent Service at Medirite

I want to commend Medirite Galleria for their excellent customer service. I searched high and low for a product to no avail. On an off chance I decided to pop into Medirite Galleria and asked the lady at the chemist if she could assist. Not only did she go to the bother of locating the product she also ordered it for me. I paid in advance including the courier fee. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call each day updating me on the progress. She stayed in touch with me right through until the courier delivered. Waiting a few days extra was worth it. Thank you Lezaan for your meticulous follow up and great customer service. Thank you for taking the time to locate the product and ordering it. Thank you for being so pleasant to deal with. I wish this were a common experience in other businesses sadly they will not go that extra mile. Thank you Medirite for employing helpful staff.
