Excellent service

Yesterday i visited Medirite Pharmacy Northcliff Corner and needed to fulfill my prescription. I am on a new Medical aid/insurance and the lady who was assisting me tried everything to try and load it on their system. Her name is Cyroline (spelling might be incorrect). She was most helpful and patient. As she called the medical aid and was put on hold and then given other numbers to call and spent about 45 min trying to assist me. Eventually i said that i would just pay for my medication and will call the Medical aid today. She said that she would in the meantime continue to try and get my Medical aid linked. Today, i called the Medical aid and then called Cyroline - who had advised that she managed to get it linked and it is now ready for my next visit.
