Disgusted by customer service

I was a customer waiting in the queue to be helped a man I saw waiting on the side when the pharmacist asked next please the man went. When made an enquiry the head pharmacist was snobbish and rude. No customer service. I'm disgusted by being a first time customer with being treated like that. I will never place my foot there again. Normal etiquette they could if just mentioned that the man was helped and just needed a slip instead of being rude.
