Medi+Rite Mayville c/o Mortimer Ave. & V Rensburg St. Pretoria Mayville<br> Monday 14 Sep 2015 11h00.<br> This branch really needs to shape up in all aspects if it wants to compete with other Medical Suppliers!<br> They take 30 minutes. per client! I was number 9 in the queue so calculate my waiting time!<br> Two clients left the queue due to the long wait!<br> The area is dirty, the poles along the waiting queue is filthy.<br> No chairs for pensioners to sit on, if they want people to wait that long, at least provide chairs.<br> There are 4 counters but only 3 people serving, and 1 of them is a trainee!<br> Over the counter booth closed.<br> Not 1 person in site who can help pack medicine in order to speed things up a bit.<br> Not 1 person, supervisor included who can speed things up a bit, supervisor makes up 1 of the 2 people serving.<br> The only service you get there is the idea that the staff is \untouchable"unapproachable and you the customer have the right to remain silent and the right to wait an hour.<br> Not very professional for a supplier who is a DSP to a well-known Medical Aid"
