CUSTOMERS CAN WAIT
Went to collect my meds between Christmas and New year. Although there are 6 counters, only 2 was working. Firstly, Shoprite opens at 8 but the pharmacy only at 9 . When I arrived at 8:45 there was already 20 people waiting. Because I cannot stand for long times, I decided to go for breakfast. Came back about 10 o'clock, and the line was about the same length. I had not choice but to stand and wait. Stood for over and hour, not place to sit and almost passing out from back and hip pain I was very disappointed. I decided I will rather in future go to Dischem. There at least is enough place to sit and I have never waited longer than 20 minutes AND I CAN SIT DOWN ALL THE TIME. As I am on chronic meds I am in no condition to do this every month. Sorry to say but I though a big pharmacy like Medirite will do more to make waiting patients comfortable while having to wait for meds. A lot of people are very sick or on much pain and then are forced to stand for hours waiting for meds.
