Customer Insults and Refusal to assist customers in line

If you feel like being made to stand in line and refused to be served by a specific Pharmacist Assistant, who will blatantly ignore customers and further would give you lip and insult you, if you ask.why she doesn't assist whilst the Manager is listening and do not do anything to defuse the situation.
