Checkers medirite unsavoury and unsatisfactory customer service.

I was at the Checkers medirite in Westgate mall. I was only there to get my chronic medication. The young assisting me was extremely rude in her verbal and non verbal etiquette. At first she didn't greet and then she said in a very rude manner put your mask right as if I'm her child. I was taken aback by the way it was said and ignored her. She then proceed and kept on giving me dirty stare downs. Then she ask again abruptly to pull the mask over my nose. I then rep**** I came from work and I cannot wear the mask in full because I'm a severe asthmatic suffer on chronic medication. She then rep**** with someone irrelevant. Says the shop has a lot of covid 19 cases. The shop has covid 19 cases. Number if I get infected I face more severe consequences. 2. I don't want to be in a shop or public space because I have a commorbidity. 3 I have worked in customer service working for the 2nd best NPS scored company in the world that contributes to liquidity and intangible assets the customer and her level of customer service is one of the worst I have experienced. Strange I came from clicks pharmacy where I have collected my pills and inhaler and explained to the pharmacists I cannot wear the mask fully I end up on a nebulizer in the evening he understood. 4.
