Bad Service

I was recently admitted to Hospital,with undiagnosed condition.Upon my discharge I received a script for medication.I went to Medirite at Westgate mall.They did not have the required stock, and I was told to return the next day.The following day, I received a call stating that I must come and collect my medication.I stood inline for 20 minutes,during this time I called their landline 7 times , no one answered.Upon getting to the service counter, I questioned why no one answered the landline ,was told people are on lunch and we are extremely busy.I questioned the lady and asked why is there not a cubicle for collection,once confirmed.The response, I must wait inline like everyone else.My prescription is a repeat and I cannot comprehend why I must wait inline when I get a phone call or SMS stating that my prescription is ready for collection. I eventually cancelled my prescription and contacted Westgate Pharmacy,who delivered my prescription to my residence.I am of the opinion that the bigger national pharmacy,could not give 2 hoots,when it comes to customer satisfaction,I will NEVER use Medirite again.
