BAD SERVICE - BAD ATTITUDE

I am DISGUSTED by the CONDUCT of your Manager, Ntsheki Masia in the Da****rt Branch in Pretoria. I went to collect my son's chronic meds and was told she can't assist me, as the date on the DOCTOR'S NOTE WAS NOT IN HIS WRITING. I said she can contact the doctor, as he needs his pills today, as he doesn't have any more. She refused to call and verify at the doctor . The doctor left date open for me to fill as he only takes the pills during the week and therefore not a monthly supply. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY AGAIN DUE TO HER
