Bad service and inconvenience

My son is on his father's medical aid. On Sunday he was not feeling well so I decided to go past the chemist straight from church. To my surprise I couldn't get help because I did not have his birth certificate. Oh my goodness why would I carry a birth certificate to church on a Sunday and this is not the first time I'm using this chemist, we are registered and have been using the branch since 2012 and all of a sudden we can't get help. It's impractical for me to carry a birth certificate, this is an official document that needs to kept safe. I can't be parading with it every time I go to the chemist. The attitude of that girl Thandeka at that bridge city branch stinks. I always go to the gateway branch and I've never had any problems but I can't always go there and live a branch close to where I live.
