BAD SERVICE!

I usually go buy my meds (medirite)and other things at Heidedal and there's always a long que with 1 cashier at the desk most of the time. And the usually take approximately 10/15 mins assisting 1 person people would be stannding because there's just 4 chairs and they would not have friendly faces and approach towards customers. They don't wear name tags too, yesterday 9/9/2023 I even asked that lady where does one lodge complaints and with no fear she gladly told me to do it online. I thought she would maybe ask me why or something but she didin't. I wouldn't lodge a complaint if that happend maybe just once but it's an every time thing when I go there
