Bad service

I am in complete disbelief of the service that mediRex pharmacy Bloemfontein has rendered to me at least for past 3-4 months. If I don’t get my calls ignored I have to deal with pharmacists who either not loaded my script on the system, or have lost record or evidence of my script. I suffer from anxiety and depression and this has not made it any easier for me to cope. I am now stuck in a different province and can not access medication because‘they can’t find my recent script’. I am in so much pain and depression withdrawal symptoms are horrible.

Please help me hello Peter I can’t live the next 4 days without my medication!
