worst medical to join

I'm a member of the medipos medical scheme, and on their chronic benefits but since i joined the chronic the service is pathetic, they sent a letter advising what is covered from the chronic benefits and when the claim is submitted am i advised the claim was processed from my day to day benefits and only is that's depleted does it come from the chronic which does not make sense because now we cant go to a normal GP because i used my medical aid to pay for the chronic benefits.And the call centre cant explain this.this is the worst medical aid that anyone can join pathetic service.
