Will not pay a claim with an approved authorisation - HORRIBLE SERVICE

Our practice submitted an authorised claim early in March and it has still not been paid. It has now been 6 months and it has still not been paid even though there is an approved authorisation. This is the worst service! It is completely unacceptable!
