Bad Customer Service

I just spoke to the rudest impatient ,unhelpful customer service agent on earth she clearly does not love her Job...Call centre for Medipos Medical Aid. <br> <br> I was holding for her superior to tell him/her what kind of service I received but it seems like they don't want to assist either so I thought I'd name and shame them. Jocelyn I would advice you to apply your listening skills when attending to a customer you are to aggressive, rude and clearly don't belong there, If medi pos wants to uphold good standards they should consider putting you in the back office handling admin not people. <br> Thanks
