Why pay a medical bill for an unhelpful doctor

I have been going to Medipark for more than 10 years and have always received excellent service that is the reason I will go there and pay cash as a private patient. Except for my last visit on the 23.02.2015 where I saw Doctor James Zieler. I am epileptic and went to Dr James after having a seizure. The doctor did not ask what medication I am on, did not answer any of my questions and did not give me any form of pain killer or multi vitamin which I asked for more than once. All the doctor kept saying was that he was very sorry about what happened. I dont feel that my doctors consultation is worth the more than R400 I will be charged and will definitely think twice about going back to Medipark.
