Waiting over an hour for an appointment

Appointment booked for 10:15 on Mon 1May. Arrived at 10:12. Only went in 11:15 with no apology and a consultation that lasted 9 min incl dispensing of medicine and is probably R400! Can I charge for my time wasted!<br> <br> I have a booked appointment and walk in patients got served prior to me
