Medipark 24 Centurion Mask fee

I have just learnt that medipark is charging every customer R37.00 for the Dr's mask.

I was assisted on the 29th of December and I recently received a statement with shortfall that the medical aid did not cover and part of that shortfall was PPE which I asked what it was and they advised it was mask for the Dr.

Every person has to wear a mask in public why do I have to pay for the Dr's mask that he is not changing after every consultation? I did not see the Dr change his mask when he was assisting me but they charge every customer for the mask that they potentially wear for the entire day.

This is day light *******, I had to pay for the mask as I was threated that I will be handed over should I not settle my account in full by not paying the R37 for the Dr's mask.

I would really like this to be reviewed, if it was gloves or any other special PPE that the Dr changes each time he sees a patient I would happily pay but paying for a mask that does not get changed at each consultation is really day light *******.
