Dentist referral and passing the buck

I went to Elsa du Plooy at Medipark Dentistry and she assisted me with a crown. We took the necessary prints and x-rays, then planted the crown. After the life got back (a few hours after the procedure) it was very uncomfortable. I informed her thereof and she said that it will take some time to get used to. After about 4 months it was still uncomfortable and aching so I went back and then she advised that we will have to get a new crown done. She bore out the 1st one she's done and put in a second one.
