Appointment refusal on a Saturday

Refusal to assist with an appointment on a Saturday stating that certain procedures are only performed during dedicates timeslots as to assist ill patients first and that Saturdays are short working days yet they operate 24hours a day. I feel that i was unduely discriminated against and that any and all medical assistance quries be addressed in the time it suits the customer.
