Poor Service -Product Allergy

I recently bought a MX Kinesio tape which gave me an allergic reaction. I made this known to the sales rep and the key accounts manager but they said they were aware. They said the one I purchased has common complaints and they were working on it. They told me to buy a gel and apply in on the affected area. I never got any feedback since.

They claim it is HYPOALLERGENIC.
