Mr Price Medinet/Guardrisk such a dissapointment

I am so disapointed in Mr Price Medinet/Gaurdrisk. After months (since April 2021) I'm still struggling to get my claim approved. I laid so many complaints already, they don't even bother to contact me. I had to submit my claim again in July, which they've send me an email on 15 July 2021, confirming the receipt of my claim and until now still nothing. They don't respond on my emails, nor my phone calls. I really, really don't know what to do anymore. How can the big corporate people treat they're, loyal if I may add, customers this way. It's disgusting.
