Medinet is a ****

I was in hospital for nearly a week. When I submitted my claim they declined it because they said my MRP account was in arrears for two months which was in fact paid up by the time I left hospital. Actually paid up in the beginning of March 2021. So my account wasn't in arrears. I did skip one month because I couldn't pay it due to my medical issues that I have but the following month it was paid up before I even went to hospital. The hospital wasn't planned, I went to casualties where they admitted me. It doesn't matter if I couldn't pay for the month of February. The payment was made just a bit late in March. According to me I am not in arrears my account is paid. There installments they did receive in full now they holding it against me because I skipped a month. So that means if you ever skip a month or two, regardless if you pay it up to date they holding it against you like ITC. What the hell. This insurance is not an account, they did receive their instalment. I received an email saying the claim was approved and when I phoned to find out what's happening now because it was more than ten working days, they say but it was approved on my customer protection plan from my shaat street account which means they only settle the sheet street account. And on that account I also missed a payment in the same month but was also paid up to date. And on my sheet street account I am in credit so they in fact not paying anything. Due to the claim they said was approved I used my money that I had for my medical bills because I was submitted to hospital again 3 weeks after this one for a very big operation and was only released from hospital 3 days ago. If I submit this claim to they going to reject it. That is not the service they promised. All that needed to be done is that the account has to be up to date which it WAS. I am so disappointed after years of paying, now that I need to use the insurance there's so many excuses. I'm a single parent. How am I suppose to look after my daughter. Because of this I cant even pay my rent, and as it is we're staying in a Wendy house in the back of somebody's yard. I used my money for medical expenses because I knew the money was coming in from Medinet. Now I can't even buy food. Thank you for your poor and ********* service. You not doing much for your customers. We can sometimes not pay accounts on time but why hold it against me. It was paid up after all. This is a disgrace to any medical scheme out there.
