Medinet insurance is a ****

I was admitted to hospital on the 25 January 2019 with a minor stroke. I gave the medinet insurance claims departmemt all the documents they required. Hospital bills, doctor's letters, hospital letter, bank statement everything. On the 08/03/2019 they require now from mt a CT scan or MRI scan before the continue with the claim. I'm out of hospital for more than a month now they expect me to go for a scan. I'm paying every month and they just accept the payment but when you need to claim there's so many story's. It's a **** this insurance companies. I didn't **** anything it is not my fault that i had a stroke. Now that i need them (the services they promised) they refuse. I'm on temp disibality until June. I'm not earning any salary. I live on the maintanance my ex husband is paying me for our 2 daughters. Medinet doesn't understand that. I am not fakimg anything.
