WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Been with MediMed for 3 years. Customer service is NON-EXISTENT! Emails go unanswered, or on RARE occasions they are rep**** to but it is completely irrelevant to the original query. What is the use of your Whatsapp service if no reply is ever received?? Call centre is best option to speak to an actual person, but they only have their scripted answers.
