Poor service

Medimed is a nonsense medical aid.... Ever since I found out I was pregnant I have been struggling, at 1st it was getting a gynea that was willing to take the medical aid because the Dr's were saying they always struggle with getting paid by medimed... Then they sent me to a Dr they said they work with bt now they don't pay the invoices in full I must pay my own money to the gynea while I'm also paying them and that does not make any sense to me at all... By the end of this pregnancy I will be broke because of them... And when I write to them they either take 2 days to answer or they don't answer at all yerr I'm fed up now
