Not Interested in New Business

I am a potential new client who is VERY interested in the Alpha medical aid option for my whole family. I've called twice today and emailed - the staff sound half asleep and unwilling to help, saying they have 2 days to respond to my email.

I've obtained other quotes from other schemes in the meantime and they all called me immediately!

Not a great advert for new business :(
