Fedup with Medimed

I have been with Medimed for almost 8yrs, granted its on a lower option, but that it not the point. I accept that I have to pay my service provider then claim back from the scheme. For the longest time ever, I have had to fight and send numerous emails for my refunds. I feel like I have to do their work for them by sending Screenshots to state my case. Or my refund gets paid to the provider and not to the member then I have to wait another week, additional to the 2 weeks, for my refund. I cannot wait to change medical aid, and would never advise anyone to join Medimed, no matter how cheap they are.
