Money taken but no goods

Medical supplies to the value of R9,319.50 ordered 22 December 2014. After numerous calls to find out where goods were, eventually told 17 February 2015 that they couldn't fulfil order and would refund me. Despite numerous contact, no money received to date. Each time, excuse given and promise to pay made. Have had to get my lawyer involved to get my money back.
