Discovery Mediexpress Pharmacy

I was contacted by Discovery Medical aid informing me that I must change from using private pharmacies to using their inhouse Medi express pharmacy. The change was not as smooth as I thought it should be for a member who has been with discovery medical aid for almost a decade. After a 1000 phone calls I was told my order for my prescribed medication, which is a repeat for 6 months, has been processed. I recieved my first medication through Dischem pharmacy close to be. I went back to Dischem this weekend to find out if my chronic medication has been sent, which is a second batch out of the six. I was shocked to find out no medication has been sent,yet the script was given to Discovery and Medi Express a month and some days ago where they confirmed its processed. Being on chronic medication and Medi Express failing to send this in time has put my life at huge risk. Why is it so difficult to monitor these repeats if it was initially processed and the first batch was sent??. How many other people are being put at risky by this shoddy service coming from such a big organisation as Discovery?? Is Dicovery trying to cut costs on the expense of its customers?? I AM VERY UNHAPPY AND ANGRY
