They kept their shoes and my money

I recently bought shoes at Medicus Shoes via Catfootwear website, I then returned the shoes and to this date I have not received my refund and it has been more than a month now since I returned the shoes, no communication from their side, whenever I call they say they are processing the refund, no turn around time given. Very disappointed. judging from all the reviews here Medicus is nothing but a ****. robbing people of their money and not delivering
