Responding to product dispute

I had a Caterpillar shoe which I was disappointed with the quality. Being loyal to the brand and considering the usual high quality, I complained to the supplier who immediately took steps in arranging collection from my premises and arrange replacement with a new product which was back ordered due to unavailability. All through this time, I was kept updated and all my concerns / questions were promptly responded to.<br> <br> Awaiting delivery currently.<br> <br> Keep up the great service.
