MONEY GONE AND NO SERVECE

Good day,

I recently made on online purchase through the CAT website which was not the first purchase I do through that same platform.

Following my purchase which was made on the 27th October 2021 up until today, I did not receive any communication what so ever be it even a tracking number for me to track my shoes with the courier yet I have made my payment in full.

This is not the service I received the last time and I am currently disappointed. sadly there is no number for me to call as to follow up hence I am even going this rout.

Your assistance towards me getting my shoes or any kind of update form this company would be highly appreciated.
