Merrell shoes repaced

<p> I have been supporting Merrell by buying their shoes for many years. My most recent pair were developing tears on both shoes in the material. I mailed Jaco and explained what was happening. Jaco promptly came back and offered to collect them with a courier from me. He wanted the shoes to evaluate the problem. After sending them I was informed that the shoes will be replaced but will take time to sort out the paper work.
