Poor services

In my distress i called aroun half 2 asking for an ambulance that lady kept on asking me my stand number. I told her my exact adress which appears on google maps but that damn lady kept on asking me for it for like 8 times only for her at the end to tell me that the ambulance won't come to my location i have to meet it at a well known location. So why was she persistent of the stand number if it they were not going to come to my location and after that the ambulance never arrived i waited from 02:30 am till now it's 10:12 am I'm waiting for them to come but anyway I ended up requesting a bolt to my nearest hospital
