Pooooooor Service

I have never seen such poor service for western cape ambulance services this is so so poor to think you following the correct procedure in adhering to there so called system where there is no time frame and within 7hours of waiting no1 can confirm if the ambulance are available or if they coming just saying the call is logged and in pending i have spoken to so many people and the all sound sleepy iv never heard an ambulance is not available for duration of 7hours. The people who is checking up every now and then also eventually stopped called after midnight. My last call from them was 00:56 of which i then called back at 02:29 still nothing can be done. So which means only gansters gets seen first or drunk and driving however whatever was logged when making the initial call they can determine it is not so serious. I have asked for a complaint email or contact number of which Candice at this number gave me ********** she also stated that the there is only one complaint offer whose name is Nick Newman or Nic his email is Nic. ********** which only works office hours. South Africa government this is poor poor i am stunned at this shocking news ever. It is now 02:49 still nothing the emergency number i called was 112 that is Mitchell's Plain area they directing you through the african lady could not assist me and kept saying my goodness and was so sleepy when i confronted her by saying she sound sleepy she then tells me i also sound sleepy yes its midnight and i am not at my job so yes i am allowed to doze off having to wait such a long time frame. I would like a highest Manager or highest level of support to call me and give me an explanation to this i want answers. Our taxes are being deducted to a salary for government workers so they are getting paid for what they do and a good salary. I want feedback asap this is insane. Once again iam shocked no wonder our country is so messed up we allow this unexpected behaviours.
