Your just a number.

I have to say as a patient of Medicross Randburg for close to 30 years.. I am definitely done and will be going elsewhere. The staff are rude, unhelpful and always end up waiting for over an hour to see my doctor. Then if you you are waiting for results and where told you would be phoned, don't hold your breath. I feel like the practice is all about fitting as many patients in as possible and patient care does not exist.
