You call this private health care? I dont think so

Absolutely appalling service at Table View MediCross this morning. Sat in a queue of 14 people with 1 doctor on duty! Why don't you take bookings on a Sunday and then at least sick people can wait at home while they are feeling awful instead of sitting in the waiting room? Goodness knows how many people turned away when they were cheerfully informed that they were number 14 plus in the queue, so that patients weren't the only ones who lost out. Come on guys! You call this service? We are on the Network Choice option of Camaf so unfortunately we just have to suck it up. You can't possibly think that this is good customer service. When I queried the situation with the practice manager she said that the 'doctors are tired from working hard during the week and need their time off'.' Granted but why don't you employ locums then? Considering how much you charge for after hours appointment, I think it is a darn cheek to be treated in this manner. Definitely does not come across as a health care provider who cares and quite contrary to your advertising. I hope something is done about this. Why am I not surprised that you are a company who doesn't respond!
