Wrong diagnoses and poor customer service

<p>Went to medicross in malvern to sort out my very painful ears. I saw a doctor gounder who wasn't too interested in what I was saying and then diagnosed incorrectly. Prescribed some drops and off I went. The meds did not help at all. A week later, still suffering, I try to make an appointment but gets told theres ONLY ONE DOCTOR and he is obviously fully booked, so I will have to go in and sit and wait, most probably for hours. Still suffering. Malvern medicross has really gone backwards in the last couple of months.</p>
