Wow!!! More billing added and i was in credit

I just want to report my grievance at the way my account has been conducted.<br> <br> Between Vericredit and Medicross their communication is absolutely not up to standard. <br> <br> I paid my account in full as required after being outstanding for long but the communication between vericredit and medicross was something to pull my hair out as i have been told they will pay the money to medicross which in fact they did and it left me with a credit. <br> <br> I went to the doctor due to illness and to my disgust i had to pay in? HOW DO THEY CONDUCT THEIR ACCOUNTING AND BILLING CONTROL. There is just no control.<br> <br> Thinking to myself i have a credit on the account I have been told there are more money <br> outstanding. I find their credit control appalling and a disgrace and they are *********** when it comes to billing. <br> <br> However the account is now paid, what if they hand me over again and my account is up to date. How can you trust these kind of people to work with your accounts when they dig up more funds that is outstanding when you want to clear your name. <br> <br> This has to stop somewhere. <br> <br>
